Ya know I believe I have spent to much time trying to get this thing "off the ground" so to speak that there hasn't been a lot of journaling going on. I have a had a lot of things to think about to good some not so good. I guess it's kinda "the good the bad and the ugly. I think I'll just keep most of the yuck to myself and hope that what "they" say is true. . . it'll all come out in the wash. Ok! since it's technically Mon. Feb. 28, 2011, I will start my new job that I am very excited for tomorrow!. I also must kick it up a notch and start studying for the ncct test. To get certified. MA was good enough for me, but I guess CMA well. . . we'll see. I've been waiting for Tracie to show her Sweet face since 11:00 p.m. she said she was going to get gas. I would have the police already looking except that she does this all the time. UGH! We will be renegotiating her contract!

New Beginnings, I hope will be just that. Tonight I went with Amie to New Beginnings. We are making new friends in the ward and getting reacquainted with old friends. Amie is such a wonderful example of the Young Womens progam at it best!

Wheeeeeeeeew! I finally finished school. What a ride. I really enjoyed my externship @ AZ. Vascular Surgery Consultants. Everyone was patient with me including the patients. It was so rewarding when patients would say things like "you are so gentle" At Family Dr.s I gave several shots, and I one cute old guy that get shots every month said "that was the best one, it didn't even hurt" yea. When I was finished at AVSC. they gave me a cake, and a "Good Luck" card that everyone had signed and a Visa gift card. I wish I would have taken pictures. Linsay gave me one of those "I had to get this for you" prizes. The quote on it sums up my whole experience. YOUR JOURNEY HAS MOLDED YOU FOR YOUR GREATER GOOD, AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT IT NEEDED TO BE. DON'T THINK THAT YOU'VE LOST TIME. IT TOOK EACH AND EVERY SITUATION YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED TO BRING YOU TO THE NOW. AND NOW IS RIGHT ON TIME. Now I'm searching for a job. Like everyone else.

what a year!

I am just getting the hang of facebook so I thought maybe I could write once or twice this year :) There's a lot to catch up on. Tanner, My baby (as tall as I am) started Jr. High. Yuck! He is so funny. He has the most "mother's" of any kid around. Me (the original) Brittany (step-mom) Grandma Crum, Sisters, (Julie, Tracie and Amie) I kinda feel sorry for the kid. He takes it all in stride, and they truely love him and watch out for him. Amie, My little "Rae" of hope started school as a sophmore @ Gilbert. She is amazing. Beautiful and talented and is the most patient with me. She keeps me going. She turned 16 in April and her Grandpa loves to take her driving in his avalanche. (route given apon request). Tracie is my little "Maria" we can never pin her down! She is all over the place. When we get the chance to see her we love it. She is a blast! She graduated from Gilbert, is hostess @ Oreganos, and spent a lot of her time w/sports med. She's one of those girls that really is "all that and a bag of chips" The Homecoming Queen that can hauk a loogy like one of the guys" Julie, just left for Conneticut Sun. for 6 weeks to interpret at a Deaf camp. Her family is going to miss her terribly. Esspecially her sisters, and her cousins Kendall and Chloe. She has finished school and has a lot of life decissions to make. She is a rock and has a beautiful head on those cute little shoulders. Tyler and Hollie are in Yuma ("B-ma") I don't know why but that's my nickname for the place. They celebrated their 1st anniv. this year. Tyler works for the Gov. and Hollie is a dental assistant. Hollie grew up the only girl in the family and loves all her new sisters. They have both been around kids enough and realise the responsiblity and are taking their time starting a family. Smart cookies. I just had my 30th year High School reunion. It was great. I am the third one in the family to finish school this year. I should be finished with the extern part next month. My dad keeps telling me that "then the real work starts" My first husband had 2 requests before we got married. Do Not make lists!, and don't wear a "dust ruffle". Well, . . . after his and 2 husbands later I have started making list and I love "dust ruffles" (house coat-dusters) This is a good sign. I love my family and love my nieces and nephews. I look forward to being a Gma someday. But, until then "Aunt Ruthie" will do.
